Answer:
When I was researching EBR, I found that the most common form of EBR is the systematic review. A systematic review is a research study that collates and analyzes all of the relevant research on a particular topic. Systematic reviews are used in many fields for a variety of purposes, including identifying evidence-based practice, evaluating interventions or outcomes, guiding policy development and decision-making, improving patient care, and supporting clinical practice guideline development (1).
However, there are some challenges with this type of research. For one thing, it can be difficult to find all of the relevant studies because researchers are not required to register their studies before they begin (2). This means that not all studies will be included in a systematic review unless they were published in journals or other publications where they could be easily located by a search engine like Google Scholar or PubMed Central. Also, some studies are never published at all; instead they remain as unpublished data sets until someone comes along who wants to use them for their own purposes (3).
Another challenge with EBR is that it can be difficult to know if what you’re reading is true or false because often times when people publish scientific papers about something new like an experimental drug for example then later another scientist comes along
