The health care organization I am familiar with is the hospital system. It has three branches, a pediatric unit, an adult unit and a rehabilitation center. The type of patient care offered in this hospital is curative as well as palliative care. The payment method for this hospital is by medical insurance or cash depending on the type of service offered to the patient.

The organizational culture of this hospital is that patients are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Every patient is attended to by a health care provider within 24 hours and those who cannot afford treatment are treated on charity basis.
