What management skill do you find most necessary for effective and efficient project management? Why?
Answer:
I think that the most important management skill necessary for effective and efficient project management is being able to work with a diverse group of people.
This is because I believe that the work environment should be a place where employees feel comfortable and safe, yet still challenged. I also think that it is important to have clear expectations around performance, communication, and feedback.
The best way to do this is by providing an atmosphere where people feel safe enough to share their ideas, but still hold them accountable when they fall short of expectations.
