This Collaborative Learning Community assignment aims to assess our leadership qualities and explore the role of servant leadership in nursing practice.

To assess our individual leadership qualities, we have completed the topic quiz activities and reflected on the study materials provided. These activities have allowed us to gain insight into our leadership styles and identify areas for improvement. Some of the common leadership styles in nursing include transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and servant leadership.

Others have identified transactional leadership traits, recognizing the need to establish clear expectations and provide rewards and recognition for achieving set goals. Additionally, some members of our group have found that they align more with the servant leadership style, as they prioritize the needs of their team and strive to create a supportive and nurturing work environment.
